Creative Designer

• Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
• Highly creative with a strong sense of current visual trends in social media and digital marketing
• Strong communication skills and able to collaborate effectively with content creators and management
• Detail-oriented, excellent time management, and committed to meeting deadlines
• Open to feedback and eager to continuously develop design skills
• Portfolio (academic projects, freelance work, or personal creations) is a plus

Job Desc

• Create social media graphics following the content calendar, in close coordination with content creators
• Design various marketing materials: offline branding, posters, brochures, and other client/internal requests
• Follow briefs and brand guidelines to keep designs consistent with the brand identity
• Revise designs quickly based on feedback from team or clients
• Stay updated on design trends to keep visuals modern and engaging
• Share creative ideas with management to improve online marketing results
